DDDS has its origins in the highly successful Outcome Based Delivery Systems (OBDS), which developed and implemented physician-centered data driven healthcare programs in South Florida, Orlando and Las Vegas. After ODBS was sold in October 2011, the core management team formed Data Driven Delivery Systems. DDDS is applying the lessons learned and using the the successful strategies developed at ODBS to new markets.

Team

Our management team is made up of successful professionals who have distinguished themselves in a number of fields including medicine, healthcare administration, technology, law, and business. Many have to come to DDDS after starting and running their own successful medical and technology companies, other have come from key leadership roles in publicly traded companies.

Jamie Wells – President

As president of Data Driven Delivery Systems, Jamie Wells is responsible for the overall performance and direction of the company. With over 30 years of business management and information technology experience, combined with extensive healthcare expertise, Jamie is well positioned to optimize performance, drive growth, and leverage strategic opportunities.

Prior to DDDS, Jamie was president of the Revenue and Quality Intelligence division of Verisk Health. By developing an expanded product/service portfolio and improving operational efficiency, Jamie delivered results that became the driver of the global Verisk business.

Before Verisk Health, Jamie held executive-level roles with WellPoint, one of the nation’s largest health plans, and with EDS, a Fortune 500 national and international IT services company. Jamie has extensive experience working with leaders to introduce and manage innovative solutions for operational delivery, product development, performance improvement, quality, data management, application development, reporting, and business intelligence.

Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University.

Rafael Rodriguez, M.D. – Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Rafael Rodriguez graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Michigan. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.

He started his professional career in South Florida. His original practice concentrated on the care of the geriatric population. He started Senior Care Medical Centers and it grew to include in-house multispecialty groups. In 2006, he partnered with Dr. Eric Moskow and co-founded Outcome Based Delivery Systems. Over the course of the next five years, Outcome Based Delivery Systems expanded to several states and was successfully sold in November of 2011. While at Outcome Based Delivery Systems, Dr. Rodriguez served as the Chief Medical Officer as well as Chief Hospitalist and continued to maintain a full outpatient practice. It was during these years at OBDS, that he honed his skills as an expert HCC coder and educated all other Florida and Nevada based OBDS physicians on the proper use of HCC codes and the appropriate corresponding medical documentation to support these codes.

Dr. Rodriguez has brought these expert skills to Data Driven Delivery Systems as their Chief Medical Officer. He serves as educator, coder, medical documentation reviewer and consult to DDDS practice and IPA physicians.

Eric Cormier – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Cormier is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the operational excellence of the Company.

A healthcare professional with over 20 years of Medicare and Financial experience, Eric has worked across several areas of healthcare including Medicare programs, Individual and Small Group, Behavioral Health and various finance positions.

Previously, Mr. Cormier was Vice President, Medicare Revenue for Aetna, responsible for all aspects of collecting Medicare Risk Adjusted Revenue from CMS and vendor management for all Stars HEDIS measures. Eric led the HCC initiatives to improve risk scores; developed a forecasting model to support company revenue recognition and pricing and worked closely with CMS on RADV audits and EDS policies.

Prior to the Medicare Revenue position, Mr. Cormier was a Regional General Manager for Medicare and Individual products with responsibilities for sales and distribution, product strategy and medical cost management; Head of Small Group Sales Administration; Regional and Segment Chief Financial Officer and various finance positions.

Before joining Aetna, Mr. Cormier worked for KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Cormier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

Larry Moncol – Chief Information Officer

As CIO of Data Driven Delivery Systems, Larry is responsible for the technology products and solutions that drive value for the company and its clients.

Prior to DDDS, Larry has held technology leadership positions with Cigna, Verisk Health, and Anthem. Most recently, he was the Director of Application Development for Cigna’s clinical applications. Prior to that, he was the CIO of the Revenue and Quality Intelligence division of Verisk Health. Previous to Verisk, he was the Director of Technology for Anthem’s Care Management Division.

Mr. Moncol has over 15 years of experience in healthcare technology delivering solutions that drive value and quality.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from James Madison University.
